Trumpet Flower Wall plaque, ceramic 3-d tile.
The trumpet flower, Datura, or Gypsum Weed grows prolific in the southwest. This sculpture portrays the flower in bloom and it's seed pod. This is the 'seed pod series' in my recent designs. Much of my work is inspired by flora and fauna of the southwest gardens in Arizona. Dimensions: 4.5" w x 10"L x 2.5 D. It is hand built and hand glazed and kiln fired. It makes a great gift for Mother's Day, a baby shower or a housewarming gift. Designed by Robin Chlad, in Tucson, AZ.
