Did someone say skort? Yep, that's right. This purse was once a short from goodwill. But no more! It's now an adorable purse just waiting to be yours. I left the original pockets for extra storage (perfect cell phone holders!), but the zipper and closure opening have been sewn shut. In true reduce/reuse/recycle fashion, I re-purposed a bed sheet for the fabric lining and used a strip of fabric from the hem of the skirt to make the shoulder strap! The belt is removable and totally usable. This bag will be a conversation starter wherever you go!
