When a friend asked me to make her a lion planter, I spent months looking for one in my usual rounds of thrift stores, yard sales, and craigslist searches. And when I finally struck gold, I found not just one, but four used lion toys. So that means I get to share the planter with you too!

This air plant is incredibly easy to care for. It doesn't require soil, so it's simply placed in the planter but can be removed and changed out at any time. Tillandsia absorb water through their leaves, so it just needs to be run under the faucet once or twice a week and put near bright filtered light. I'll send a care sheet with each planter, so don't worry about forgetting the instructions!
