I constructed this Valet Box of solid Peruvian Walnut which has a beautiful rich chocolaty color. The deep color of the Peruvian Walnut is beautifully accented by the striking Birdseye Maple splines in the four corners of the box (which also serve to reinforce the joints) as well as the inside center divider. The combination of these two hardwoods creates a truly stunning piece.

This Valet Box is divided into 2 large compartments on either side of the center divider, perfect for storage of smart phones, wallets or keys and 2 small compartments in the center, which is designed to hold smaller items such as cufflinks. This box is as beautiful as it is useful and would be a great addition to any bedroom, entryway or living room.

I do not use any stains or dyes when creating my pieces. All colors seen are the natural colors of the wood, which will continue to deepen and enrich over the years.

This piece is signed and dated on the bottom.
