Vintage Style Tuxedo Smoking Jacket

It was wonderful to work with this client on his jacket! He was very definite in what he wanted for his jacket and we worked together to find the perfect pattern. The pattern used is actually a Vogue 1905 smoking jacket pattern (yes printed in 1905). The fabric that he chose is a lightweight red and black skull brocade. The collar and cuffs are made of velvet and the lining is a black stretch sheen denim. The pockets themselves are false flap pockets (slip pockets) that are satin and velvet.

I can make any size in this pattern and it can be either the one button or a two button coat. There are thousands of fabric choices out there, so the possibilities are endless! Smoking jackets are great for all occasions even if you don't smoke!
