Wall Clock

Wall Clock with a Wood Face

Island Time

This contemporary wall clock has a mechanical movement that makes a soothing sound. This clock was designed for clients on Martha's Vineyard who wanted a piece that would complement their contemporary home as well as the ocean view from adjacent windows.

The primary wood for the case is cherry that is accented by a maple clock face and brass numbers and hands. The case interior has raised blocks covered with copper leaf constructed in an intricate pattern that creates a lot of visual interest. At night, the illuminated clock takes on a dramatic look. The chimes can be turned off at night if desired.

The price for a wall clock along the same conceptual lines is approximately $5,900.
