Walnut And Sycamore Hutch / Cupboard
This Hutch was designed to meet the desire of a local couple who wanted several pieces that combined elements of simple country style, with a tamed rustic touch of reclaimed lumber and live edge slabs, and an eye catching mix of woods.
Each piece(Dining Table, Hutch, and Media Cabinet) was then a combination of Walnut, Quartersawn Sycamore, Spalted Sycamore, and Reclaimed Barn Wood.
Specifically on this Hutch; The Frames, Doors, and Shelves are made of Walnut. The Drawer Fronts, Door Panels, Side Panels are Quartersawn Sycamore. The Bar area is Spalted Sycamore. The drawer boxes are curly maple and the upper back section of the hutch is weathered reclaimed barn wood. The glass is a clear seeded glass.
