Walnut Bureaus
These solid-wood matching walnut bureaus are heavy and well constructed. The fronts of the drawers are adorned with a unique wooden pull. This is an original design and could have been altered in numerous subtle ways. The simple grain of the walnut wood itself is really what the eye moves to after you look at the pulls. The client requested soft-close drawer slides and wanted maximum storage with minimal effort.
The sliding dovetailed joinery is exposed on the front and there is a gentle curve underneath the sides. I think it is the oak and walnut pulls which make these two bureaus one of a kind.
