I am very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism and quality of product in regard to my customized walnut vertical knife block. I very rarely provide product reviews, however Denny and his product impressed me so much I felt compelled to offer this review. I would not hesitate in contacting the Debner's for these custom products.
This cutting board request was for an end grain cutting board for the top of this repurposed airline beverage cart. It is made of solid dark walnut with maple strips for accent. The dimensions of the board are 30" Long x 10 3/4" Wide x two inches thick. It was hand rubbed with several coats of a product that we make of local beeswax, paraffin and food safe mineral oil. We supply a can of this product with each board and a document stating how to maintain the board. If you are interested in having a customized cutting board, please contact us.
There are also four drawers for spices, kitchen cooking oils and another drawer designed specifically to hold two stainless steel containers, which this client is using for cooking utensiles, i.e. spatulas, spoons, whisks, etc. Each drawer is made with a dovetailed joint for accent.
We do not sell the beverage cart, only the cutting board and drawers. We make these products to fit the cart.
