Solid walnut jewelry box with 2 lift out trays. Lining is black velvet. Hinges are solid brass stop hinges. Lid is highly figured selected for its outstanding grain pattern. Finish is a base of Danish oil to highlight the grain and then multiple coats of shellac are applied and finally a coat of wax.
