Roger is a true craftsman. He was easy to work with and was able to a complete the project in a timely manner. He created a truly beautiful piece from a picture and it exceeded my expectations. Wave Sculpture #3 is an example of a 3D wall sculpture I have designed that captures the wave motion so often found in nature. The Red Grandis Eucalyptus wood I used in creating this sculpture is hand chosen for its color and grain. Red Grandis Eucalyptus is a hardwood that is grown on an eco-friendly plantation.
The carving is approximately 8" x 8" and offset mounted in a black frame to give the impression the carving is floating in the frame. The frame is made from maple hardwood, mdf and paint.
Overall dimensions are 10.5" x 10.5" x 2"
