We sent in pictures and dimensions of our room so Phil could get a feel for what we were looking for in a coffee table for our space. He work with on the size and delivered our beautiful table on time for thanksgiving. We enjoyed working with him and will use his expert services again in the future if we need another piece of furniture. John
The design for this coatrack consisting of six bent laminated sections is derived from nature. It's simple, elegant look conceals a rather complex construction. Each curve of rift-sawn white oak blends into a pie-shaped cross section where they come together in the center. There were no fasteners or glue used - the pieces are indexed together and lashed with hemp twine in a routed groove. The finish is wipe-on satin polyurethane. This very basic design can be constructed using any species of wood.
