Wooden Cheese Slicer
Cheese slicers can be made out of various hard woods. This one is monkey wood which is an African Hardwood that has a beautiful grain. The slicers are treated with a mixture of food safe mineral oil and carnuba wax to preserve the wood. They are great for slicing soft cheeses with precision.
The board comes with a care and feeding guide and a small bottle of food safe mineral oil.
They can be made in varying sizes starting at approximately 5"x8' and I can also do a longer one for multiple cheese varieties at any size you'd like.
