Built to demanding and precise specifications, this woodworking shop was built to satisfy a newly retired woodworking teacher's desire to continue with his "dream job!" It is "L-shaped," with a 24' x 30' main room, a 16'x 16' finishing room, and 10' ceilings. Heavily insulated and heated with 220v electric heaters, the shop is warm in the Michigan winters, and cool in the summer.

As shown in the photos, many of the work stations were designed and built to enhance the capabilities of the woodworking shop.
