Reclaimed Wormy American Chestnut Inlayed With Cedar Picture Frame

I like the contrast of using 2 different wood species together. In this case, wormy American Chestnut with Cedar inlay, both native to Tennessee. Of course the Chestnut is no longer around due to the blight, but there is ample Cedar. It comes from leftover lumber from an outdoor entryway I built. It was milled from a father/son sawmill near the Tennessee/Kentucky border. Oil finish. This one is a 5x7.
