This piece is made of polished steel, aluminum, vinyl covered aircraft cable, 4 types of laminate including Abet's translucent series and ash that has been filled with colored pore filler.

The customer had a great deal of input in the design and was one of the most imaginative and adventurous we've had.

It's would be hard to strictly nail down a price on this piece, or more accurately, to nail down the price of a similar one. For instance, the customer was insistent about getting some very expensive laminate but only small parts of it were actually needed in the piece. So, a whole 5' X10' sheet needed to be bought and shipped. This inflates the material cost. Also many customer initiated changes were made during the building, requiring time to take out and rebuild various elements.
