I do not charge handling fees, only the rate charged to me by the shipper including insurance to cover the project. CM requires a shipping rate included in all proposals, so I will estimate a shipping rate, but at time of shipping, I will invoice any additional cost of the shipping/insurance rate. It is the only way I know to charge only for the cost.
