Philip Davis of Hollis Woodworks • New Orleans , LA

I work alone and enjoy creating one of a kind useful objects from local and exotic woods. Chairs, tables, islands, unusual shelving and cabinets. Pieces that will last, with clean lines and strong joints. I like to work with clients and designers to help them materialize their vision. Not afraid to try different ideas. Philip was great to work with. We had some specific requirements for extra height barstools and he was able to work with those, and suggest some valuable additions/alterations. I just wish I had worked with him 6 years ago, when we first bought the house. They're a great addition, and of superior quality.
