I've been a woodworker since 7th grade shop class. That's over 60 years. Now, I've turned professional to supplement our retirement.

I built my shop instead of a garage. It's about 800 Sq. Ft. big and continues to shrink! Could that be because every new project requires a new tool?

I design all projects on a computer and also use the computer to optimize the cutting of pieces to reduce waste. For projects in which the grain of the wood is important to the finished look, I carefully examine the raw wood and select parts that work well together.
