Dealing with Colleen on this project was awesome. She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She also provided me with suggestions and input at any points when I asked for advice. This was the first time I used Custom Made! Each year, I put together a Christmas ornament for a close friend that is sentimental in value for me and represents something "special" in her life. This year I wanted a "teacher appreciation" ornament that signified the graduation and job placement of her daughter at an elementary school. Palmer Union Design was FANTASTIC! The designer walked me through what I was doing which I appreciated since it was my first project. It was fun to look at ideas together, and she was great about personalizing my ornament to the theme of the elementary school. My emails had a response immediately and the project was complete in plenty of time to ship to my friend. I loved Palmer Union Design and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Colleen and Bob were great throughout the experience. I wasn't sure what I wanted and Colleen sent me drafts until I found just the right cabinet. Although it took a little bit longer than I expected the communication was continuous. I never had to wonder if they were working on the project as I got continuous updates. The final project was amazing as you and tell from the photo. We had one minor hitch with the mirrors which Bob and Colleen resolved in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Palmer Union Design and would work with them again. thank you so much!
