The Counter tops are a premium High Definition Formica.
The finish is commercial grade vinyl sealer with to additional top coats of commercial grade Lacquer.
The intended use is to modernize and up date the kitchen and bath room with all like cabinets.
This a complete kitchen as well as a very well defined bath room consisting of closets, a large Linen Closet and large Vanity.
