The symmetrical look of this tabletop is achieved by using two slabs cut sequentially from the same tree, and then opening them up (like a book). The technique is called "book-matching" and it creates a really unique, balanced look to the tabletop.

The legs are all-welded 6x2 steel, with a matte black topcoat.
