We founded CustomMade in 2015 as a team of outsiders who didn’t come from the jewelry world and maybe that's why it worked. We’d all been on the other side of the counter, and we didn’t like the experience. So, we set out to do things differently: to offer custom jewelry designs and truly human service in an industry that rarely delivers either.

Nearly a decade later, we’ve created over 40,000 custom pieces, each one as personal, unique, and meaningful as the people they were made for.
