Mix it up!

Rose gold, yellow gold, or white gold? Why choose just one when you can choose two (or all of them)?! Mixing metals in your engagement ring used to be a faux pas, but these days bold couples are embracing the multi-hued look and pushing these unique rings to ever-greater popularity. Mixing metals can set your ring apart, infuse some modern flair, and show off your one-of-a-kind personality. It’s also a great choice for couples who can’t choose!

1

How do you melt an icy white gold ring? With a warm pop of rose gold! This engagement ring’s pear cut diamond is lofted high in a trellis setting, supported by a sweeping white gold band. The rose gold curves in the ring’s shoulders contrast the contours of the band and hold a series of sophisticated marquise and round cut diamond accents. All the elements come together into a glamorous two-tone showpiece.

2

This “dynamic duo” couple integrated fictional fandoms into their mixed metal engagement ring. The underside of the ring is cast in white gold while the shoulders above are yellow gold to match the color of golden snitches from Harry Potter. On the gallery are stylized Batman and Robin-inspired logos, and just above the gallery, you’ll find a ravishing ruby, this ring’s “cherry on top”.

3

You can never go wrong with a classic. Inspired by timeless elegance, Gavin set his solitaire diamond in white gold prongs to enhance its cool, white tone. Down the pavé band, bezel-set marquise cut diamond accents flow for an added pop of bling. Simple, elegant, and minimalist: a masterpiece!

4

This mixed metal engagement ring is all about drawing attention to the center. A halo of moissanites and rose gold bezel frame the pear cut moissanite in Cheyenne’s ring. The luxurious showpiece is centered on a simple white gold band, providing support and balance, just like a life partner.

5

Can’t decide between rose and white gold? This bride-to-be chose both! Interlacing lines of rose and white gold slink up the band and into the center setting. The white gold section holds rows of pavé-set moissanites that add sparkle to the glittering moissanite center stone. Alessandra’s sure to admire her chic ring with plenty of bling!

6

What’s more romantic than a rose? A rose in rose gold, of course. Swoon! The frost-touched, white gold vines in the band are the perfect backdrop for the rose gold setting in this nature-inspired ring. A mesmerizing alexandrite blossoms in its center setting: a sculpted rose with blooming petals. Can you say flower power!

A princess cut diamond adds modern flair while a milgrain dotted band brings vintage charm in this mixed metal engagement ring. The white gold of the center setting mirrors the cool, bright white of the diamond solitaire and heightens the contrast even more against a yellow gold band. Turn the ring on its side and you’ll notice the peekaboo diamonds on either side of the ring’s gallery, twinkling like the glimmer in Savannah’s eye when Henry popped the question and presented his true love with this one-of-a-kind engagement ring.
