My only issue was with the delivered project. The boards were not lined up so the lettering was all off and couldn't be read. When I contacted her she said that it must have happened in shipping. A couple of issues about that reasoning...1. The project was only wrapped in multiple layers of brown packing paper. Maybe it should be packed into a box for better safety. 2. Even if the project were dropped, every board was shifted in opposite directions, all while having 2 boards with multiple screws running vertical on the back. How could that have happened. I was told to tap the boards and shift into place. Luckily I have a fiance who was able to shift everything into proper position and it looks okay now. I wish the print was uniform in color on the board but it's not and I don't have time to try and fix that before the I give it as a gift. For the price I paid this project should have been almost perfect. I was disappointed with the overall experience.
