Barn Wood Picture Frame Classic 2
◊ This frame style is available in sizes for objects from 4" x 4" to 36" x 36" up to 3/4" thick; just let us know what size you want.
◊ The frame molding is 2" wide and 1" thick and has the original weathering on the face and outside edge--all other faces are milled.
◊ The BarnWood will show off signs of previous use such as natural weathering, color variation, nail holes, insect tracks, knots, open knots, staining, traces of paint, size variation & etc—differences in this character will make each frame unique.
◊ The joints are glued with hidden splines for added strength—no metal fasteners to work loose.
◊ On smaller frames we attach saw tooth hangers with screws making for easy hanging in both portrait and landscape configurations and on larger sizes we attach an aluminum french cleat hanging system.
◊ The frame includes glass on smaller frames and acrylic (plexiglas) on all other sizes and a 1/4" thick plywood backer.
◊ The backer boards are held in place with spring clips.
◊ each frame is individually crafted and signed on the back by the craftsman/woman who created it.
