Address Sign Of Hardwoods
This heavy duty sign will last for years outside of your home. I use any combination of white oak, iroko (a Brazilian hardwood similar to teak, turns a pretty caramel color when exposed to the sun) or mahogany to display your address or family name.

Background is 1.5 inches thick with a .500 deep area to hold the characters. Text/numbers are cut out on the CNC, along with a 1/8 inch deep pocket into the background so the characters sit beneath the surface. Characters are both glued and screwed in place. The assembled sign is then sprayed with a few coats of marine spar varnish.
Size is 30 x 5.5 x 1.5 inches. Depending on the characters and spaces, I adjust the length accordingly. Base price is for 13 characters, additional characters are 10.00 each.
