Arboreal Passage
My first permanent public artwork, completed in November 2011. The project consists of the main archway, a secondary archway, three benches, and a sign frame. All the elements follow the theme of solid steel forged into tree forms, with copper leaves. The forged bronze owl medallion is a nod to the population of rescue owls that resides at the center.
