Designed to be used in wine and cocktail locations the unique properties of the gate valve used in its construction allow the table to be bolted to the floor for protection against toppling over. At the right height for conversation over cocktails this table will provide countless years of durability due to its hand cut dovetail construction. The piece is made from only one board, and the grain runs up one side across the top and down the other thus creating a double image of the plank when viewed from the side.
