Barnwood Dinette Table

This barnwood table was completely inspired by the customer. The table will eventually make its way to San Francisco to a new home and be used in a breakfast nook area.

All materials were provided by the customer. She found the pedestal at a thrift store and she had left of barnwood. All of the wood was jointed and then routed to shape. The re-bar under the table is for structural support but ended up being a nice addition to the look of the table. The barnwood is a mixture of cedar, pine, and redwood. The hinges and latch came off an old antique box and are on the table for added charm.

Then to finish off the table all of the edges were torched and 7 railroad spikes were added as accents.
