Entry table is made from wood over 150 years old-not from construction 2x4's that several use to make similar looking tables. It's made with traditional furniture-making joinery and built to last generations. This table measures 48"W x 36"H x 12"D. It is made entirely from reclaimed hardwoods salvaged from a deconstructed barn on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. Much care was given during the fabrication process to preserve the original state of the barnwood lumber by retaining the rough milling saw marks, nail holes, and other characteristics that tell the history of the wood. Top is 1-1/4" thick and is supported by 2" solid oak legs that were milled from old 4" fence post.
