Customer had hired a company to build & install their Basement Pub with Bar, Back Bar, & base Cabinets, but a request for additional Cabinets was rejected by the same company. Craftsman was offered the job to build these additional Cabinets, Kitchenette, & Wall Treatment. With the assistance of the craftsman, the customer installed the additional Cabinets, Kitchenette, & Wall Treatment. The challenge was to duplicate the existing design, stain & finish, and construction so the additional Cabinets would match.
The craftsman obtained the exact stain used and with experimentation was able to duplicate the color & finish to the satisfaction of the customer. Construction techniques were also duplicated, as well as all hardware used on the Cabinets such as soft close drawer slides, soft close hinges, and door pulls.
By customer request, an extra feature included for the job was to design all parts so that they could be easily delivered on site & installed by the customer.
