Blacksmith's Knife
These are an example of what some refer to as a blacksmith's knife or a Viking style knife. Simple and elegant, I forge these individually from a single bar of 1084 high carbon steel. Fully hardened and tempered for the perfect balance between hardness, toughness and excellent edge retention. I can do these from other combinations of steel as well, including san mai and damascus.
