Blanket Chest
This piece meant a lot to me - it was an anniversary gift for my wife. It took about 60 hours of shop time and it came out beautifully. The top and panels are sapele and the frame is walnut. The grain of the walnut board worked perfectly with the shape of the piece, and the sapele wraps around the chest.
