Recycling has become one of my most favorite things to do now days. Finally, putting old blue jeans and a few old belts to good use has turned out beautifully. We have created what we like to call Blue Jean "Hide A Key" Pocket Birdhouses. Not only are they adorable, colorful and fun to hang in the Garden, they are useful.

The birdhouses come in various sizes to your specifications and we cover them with patches of blue jeans and belt shingles on the roofs. We then place a pocket on the back so that you can hide a key outside where no one will think to look for it, should you or your children lock yourselves out. Not only clever, but very creative and a joy to see such blasts of color throughout the garden even in the winter.

We accent each one with a few buttons and a belt buckle as its perch. I'm sure you will enjoy owning one of these one of a kind birdhouses, just as much as the birds will be happy to reside in such a cheerful and unusual dwelling.
