The idea for our book origami came from our love of books and our desire to save them from landfills. So, we embarked on the Honeysuckle Salvage journey – seeking to create as many unique items from upcycled books as we could. Each of our book origami creations begin with an original design created by us. That means, you won't see the same design anywhere else.
This piece features an original sketch of a dachshund, which has been transformed into this one of a kind work of art. Each page is folded by hand, which makes this a time-consuming process. Our book origami pieces are never cut, glued, or otherwise altered—THEY REALLY ARE CREATED BY FOLDING EACH AND EVERY PAGE.
