Buddha Light
The Buddha Light was made in a jewelry class. This piece is by far my favorite sculpture that I have made yet. I used many techniques in this piece that i learned from class. From forging brass tubes to look like bamboo as well as applying a green patina, to etching Buddha's face, as well as making each lotus leaf and soldering them together. It is made from concrete, clay, copper, brass, metal wire mesh, glass lamp worked rain drops and a bead on Buddha's forehead, pebble stones, and a working blue led light.
