Built In Closet
I made this closet for my son. His room was atrocious and had no organization. With this built in I was able to compartmentalize everything. The top door lifts upward and provides storage for all of his bedding. Behind the left door is a closet rod for hanging clothes and behind the right door is adjustable shelving. The lower half features full extension drawer glides and dovetailed drawer boxes. The entire face of the closet is made from solid red oak. The inner portions of the closet are made from birch face plywood and the drawer boxes are made from 1/2 inch pine. The entire project is finished in a water based, non toxic sealer.
