Carved Esherick Music Stand
Based on a piece by Wharton Esherick currently located in the Yale University Art Gallery.
This version is built from walnut featuring hand carved components is set at a comfortable height/pitch for a standing musician. The shelf releases and allows the rear leg to fold flat for easier maneuvering/storage. A secondary ledge is also included to allow space for pencils, with small handmade pegs on each side to hold a bow.
