The plates Ellen made for me were fantastic. She was more concerned about the look of the final glaze than me. I couldn't be more pleased with her design. I planned to order some small bowls after I return from my next trip
The tallest in the set is about 18-20" tall. (one set is larger) They are loosely modeled after the grafted cactus seen in home stores. Stoneware is impervious to weather conditions so they are great for indoors or out. I have made two sets of these, the last woman named them "the three sisters."
