I am very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism and quality of product in regard to my customized walnut vertical knife block. This cutting board is made of solid cherry wood. There is a routed groove to capture juices on the surface. This board has been coated with a food safe salad bowl and cutting board wax, which contains beeswax, paraffin, and vegetable oil. All cutting boards are custom made for our clients request of dimension, style, and wood type.
