The objective of these little is to create a box that could be easily concealed in a jacket pocket until the proper moment. They are roughly 3.25" wide and 2" tall. The lid and base are fairly thin to keep the exterior height down and still accommodate a ring.

These are made from exotic woods, mostly of the rosewood group - in this case Cocobolo. They feel wonderful in the hand and are quite striking to the eye.
