Made for a young mother who needed both a coffee table for entertaining and a storage cabinet to store her toddler's toys.
The cabinet was made from poplar and MDF, while frame and panel construction and mortise and tenon joinery was used throughout. Heavy duty casters were attached to the bottom of the feet and allows for easy movement of the coffee table. Although not shown in the photos, a pair of lid supports are attached to keep the lid from closing accidentally.
The cabinet was sealed and primed before two (2) coats of an interior semi-gloss white paint were applied.
Dimensions: Approximately 36" square x 18" tall.
