These are custom designed and built frames. The 'Floating Marilyn' began is a favorite painting of a client. In order to emphasize the client's love for the painting, we decided to create an extremely dramatic frame that was based on the redness in Marilyn's lips. This framed portraits was used at the focal point of the client's poker room. The framed lips was then a subsequent painting that used for a salon after having seen the earlier use of the floating technique.
