I am completely satisfied with my first project using the CustomMade site. Jeffrey Homan was a pleasure to work with. He helped me design a keepsake box for my grand daughter. He communicates very clearly and I always knew exactly what and when I was getting the project. He even sent me images of the wood he purchased for the project. This custom chess board is made of walnut and maple. Each square is 2.25" and measures 20" square overall. Finished with a sprayed hand polished lacquer. The beautiful photo with the pieces is one the client sent me after receiving it.
