Custom Figured Maple Pedestal
This pedestal was made for the Santa Ana Police Department Club House to hold a bust honoring the Widows and Orphans' Fund.
The entire piece is made out of maple. The panels are 4-star musical grade, big-leaf figured maple.
The figured maple was bought from a fire-fighter, who gave me a an incredible discount on this high-end wood because it was for the police department . I then passed the savings directly to the customer, (A habit I enjoy when the deals come my way) allowing them to received a better quality piece at a lesser cost.
