So, it's been a bit of time since Kerry finished and shipped my custom leather left-handed padfolio. I wanted some time to put a few miles on it, for lack of better description, prior to commenting back. That said, the short answer would be the whole process was simply marvelous, from order, to design, through creation, to receipt of and finally end-product usage. Kerry kept me informed of the process and in the loop throughout the journey. Not a detail was missed, not a concern left unaddressed, not a delay in promised delivery and best of all and perhaps most telling would be the somewhat envious comments recieved from admirers whose paths I've crossed in my various travels.
