This medical bagde was custom designed for a medical doctor. It has two bails on the back that allow for a chain as well as a pin back. This doctor wanted a desert scene but anything goes. I am open to any ideas. The enamel is set in sterling silver. These are designed for doctors that want an artistic beautiful badge to wear to work instead of the plastic one.
