This beautiful carving board was handcrafted of beautiful, sustainable, domestic walnut and maple hardwood. The pattern layout is an alternating wood species design to give a distinct look. I've constructed it with an edge grain joinery to be easier on your utensils and last for many years. This carving board also features a juice groove to catch juices while carving and cutting meats and fruits and vegetables. The carving board has been generously seasoned with multiple applications of food grade mineral oil with beeswax for an all natural finish that resists water.

Designed for single sided use, it has been fitted with rubberized pads at each corner on one side, to keep it in place while chopping or cutting.
