John caught the vision immediately of what I needed. I sent him a picture of a bench I loved online and then together we worked to expand the dimensions to fit the room I wanted to place it in. John worked very fast, was very helpful in picking the right color and did a great job communicating during delivery (which took awhile due to the present situation).
